Grounding

Grounding also referred to as earthing is not a new technique. Our DNA remembers a time when our bodies were supported by the heavens and the earth. Our ancestors were continuously connected to the heavens and earth as they played and worked outside. As we evolved and technology improved we spend less time outside connecting to the heavens and the earth. Being outside and in direct contact with the earth through our hands and feet we can restore balance and wellbeing mentally and physically.

When I was training to be a mentor I learned the importance of having a mentor. As I have been on a journey of self-discovery and healing I have discovered that surround myself with amazing people who have more experience or different experiences than me has made the biggest difference. I have also surrounded myself with people who lift me up, inspire me, teach me, and call me out when I am not living from my strengths.

We often can’t see our own blind spots, but when we surrounded by a healing tribe they can help guide us in the right directions. My healing tribe also includes a fitness coach, a Reiki Master, a Hypnotherapist, mentors, and more. As a Certified Essential Oil Coach I also work with a few Essential Oil Coaches who mentor, teach, and support me. As a Body Code Practitioner I work with a Body Code Practitioner and an Emotion Code Practitioner to work on my own misalignments and trapped emotions. My healing tribe also includes friends who support my healing.

Starting in August I will be highlighting amazing people who love supporting others in their healing journey.
