Mindful Movement Classes

Mindful Movement is a creation of love and connection.  I created mindful movement in with my children to support mind, body, spirit, and connection. Mindful Movement is a beautiful energy technique that allows you to release negative energy and replace with positive energy through movement. It is a way to free your mind, open your heart, and reconnect to your Mind, Body, and Spirit. You anoint the Third Eye Chakra with a doTerra Essential oils that supports connection and your intentions of the class.  Move to inspirational music allowing creativity, power, and love flow. It can be done in a chair or with a chair if mobility or stability are an issue. Mindful Movement takes information for occupational therapy, physical therapy, dance, and meditation to create a functional and mindful workout.

The movement is followed by a Mindful Mediation to support the connection your Mind, Body, and Spirit as well as to the Past, Present, and Future.

Why I Created Mindful Movement

In September of 2014 a friend introduced me to AromaDance. I was skeptical as an athlete that it was for me. But as I release self judgement and opened myself to the experience it was an amazing healing opportunity. By the end I had amazing sense of connection and peace with my body. I wanted to continue to open up through this healing modality.

Since 2017 I have been learning more about Energy Healing and I am have been drawn to the power benefits physically, emotionally, and spiritually to dancing and movement. You can read more about it in my article Music, Movement, and Mood – Just Dance.

As I move and dance with my children the power of this modality has been manifest. While dancing with my children I realized we need to connect with our bodies on a regular basis.

Inspired by Physical Therapy I have had over the years as well as the Occupational Therapy my daughter has done.  Mindful movement gives us access to clearing and connection through targeted movements. I lead so others have a safe, non-judgmental place experience connecting with themselves and others.
