It is a way to free your mind, open your heart, and reconnect to your Mind, Body, and Spirit. The movement is followed by a Mindful Mediation to support the connection your Mind, Body, and Spirit as well as to the Past, Present, and Future.

Why I Created Mindful Movement
In September of 2014 a friend introduced me to AromaDance. I was skeptical as an athlete that it was for me. But as I release self judgement and opened myself to the experience it was an amazing healing opportunity. By the end I had amazing sense of connection and peace with my body. I wanted to continue to open up through this healing modality.
Since 2017 I have been learning more about Energy Healing and I am have been drawn to the power benefits physically, emotionally, and spiritually to dancing and movement. You can read more about it in my article Music, Movement, and Mood – Just Dance.
As I move and dance with my children the power of this modality has been manifest. We have access to clearing and connection. I lead so other have a safe, non-judgmental place experience connecting with themselves and others.
