Mindful Movement is fun and exhilarating! It is exercise for the mind, body and soul. I have experienced it both in person and online and both platforms are amazing. I love the energy of freestyle movement. I love the guided movements as there are muscles I never think of exercising. And the guided meditation is the perfect way to complete this practice. I highly recommend Mindful Movement as it is an amazing experience physically and emotionally.

I learned about Energy Healing through my personal counseling, mentoring, coaching sessions and I use those techniques to support my healing from physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. In 2014 I became Certified as an AromaDance Instructor and Certified in AromaTouch Technique. In January of 2018 I became Certified Essential Oil Coach.
