Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or undowloaded.
To complete your return, send a request to info@beyond-possibilities.net with your receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Refunds
Once we have received your request, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refund time will depend on your payment method and bank
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Appointment Cancellation
To cancel an appointment for Emotion Code, Body Code, Belief Code, Mentoring, Essential Oil Coaching, Live Workshop, Classes, Coaching, and virtual appointments requires 48 hours notice for a full refund. Between 48 and 24 hours notice you will be allowed to reschedule or receive 50% refund.
