Mikayla Burrell

I participated in a mindful movement class during a retreat for women. I absolutely loved the class. It was one of my favorite activities during the retreat. LeeAnn created such a safe place for us all to connect with our minds, body, spirit, and Earth. This wasy first experience with taking a class like this, and I really enjoyed it. I was able to find peace while allowing my body to move in a creative way. I really enjoyed the guided meditation, which allowed me to process different emotions I was going through. I highly recommend taking one of these classes.
