Here are some great upcycling crafts prepared by Dana Marshall a member of the AromaVibe.
Potpourri Diffuser

Step 1: start with a mason jar that has air holes in it.
Step 2: gather your potpourri and decorations that you want to use inside your jar diffuser I used: • pinecones • evergreen sprigs • slice of wood • small balls
Step 3: Add essential oil to the pieces in your potpourri that will absorb essential oil (such as wood slices and pinecones)
Tip: The amount of essential oil you use will vary by the size of your jar. For the large jar in these photos, I use about 20-25 drops essential oil.
Tip: You can add more essential oils to refresh the potpourri when the essential oil scent dissipates. Depending on the strength of the oils, the size of the jar, and the size of the room that the diffuser is in, the scent can last from a day to a week or more.
Step 4: Layer the items into your jar diffuser. Continue to layer more items into your diffuser.
Step 5: Finish your diffuser by putting the lid on and tying a pretty ribbon around the neck of the jar. (Most of this information was found on Pinterest and I added my own twist.)
Twig Christmas Ornament

Step 1: gather your twigs… I found mine when I went for a walk in the park and pick them up off the ground.
Step 2: cut the twigs in various links from small to large. This will form the branches of the Christmas tree.
Step 3: hot glue, the twigs to a back by using a popsicle stick or another twig.
Step 4: you can put a star or a ball or a ribbon at the top of the tree, hot glue that along with a string to hang the ornament in your tree .
Step 5: Use 3 to 4 drops of your favorite oil on the twigs. You can add more oil as the scent fades.
doTerra Bottle Ornament

Step 1: Gather your empty bottles.
Step 2: Gather ribbons.
Step 3: Gather together, small decorative items . Hot glue, your ribbons, bows, decorative items to the top of the glass bottle. Leave the lid off the bottle so that it can diffuse the leftover oil that is in the bottle. Make sure to put a string to hang it in the tree.
